Philosophy and Curriculum

Our Philosophy

At the Learning Ladder Academy, we understand that children learn effectively when they are engaged and interested in their daily activities. Our well-designed learning environment is equipped with the essential tools to advance your child’s growth, both educationally and socially. Our certified teachers gear their aged-appropriate curriculum with an emphasis on exploring, discovering, and playing while providing security and warmth for each individual child.

We offer a complete learning center which includes:

Play-based Curriculum

Learning leads to play and play leads to learning. Music is an integral part of our play-based curriculum and children listen to and act out songs as part of our daily routine.

Getting ready for kindergarten is an essential part of our curriculum. Along with learning academics in constructive play, there are teacher directed activities each day. These activities include literacy, math, science and creative art skills.
